We swap rotted boards, sister broken joists, re-flash the ledger, tighten or rebuild rails, and rebuild stair stringers - and your deck is back in service for a fraction of a full rebuild.

When the framing is too far gone for a safe repair, we will tell you that, too. We would rather quote a tear-down than patch over hidden rot and have a homeowner standing on a deck we know is unsafe.
