How Our Pricing Works
Every quote is flat-rate and written down before work begins. Two billing units cover the whole catalog.
Per Square Foot (Deck Surface)
New builds, repairs, and staining are priced per square foot of deck surface. We measure the actual walking area and multiply by the per-sqft rate for your chosen material.
- Pressure-treated pine: $30/sqft installed
- Trex Select composite: $45/sqft installed
- Trex Transcend premium: $65/sqft installed
- Board / joist repair: $18/sqft repaired
- Staining & sealing: $4/sqft
Per Linear Foot (Railings)
Railings are priced per linear foot of run because the cost is driven by panel count, posts, and hardware - not by the deck behind them.
- Frameless glass railing: $125 - $250/LF installed
- Straight long runs: trend toward the lower end
- Stairs, corners, step-downs: trend toward the upper end
Bundling a railing with a new deck saves on mobilization because one crew handles both scopes in a single mobilization.
