What should I send for a quote?
Photos of the area or the existing deck (each side, underneath, close-ups of any soft or damaged spots, stairs and railing), plus the size and how high it sits off the ground. A rough footprint is fine for a new deck. If you have HOA guidelines for stain color or railing style, send those too. We walk you through anything you are not sure about.
